1° - For FGCP cluster synchronization to occur successfully, both devices need to have exactly the same number of VDOMs created and the same operating mode (i.e., whether VDOMs are enabled or not, and multi-VDOM mode). If there is a discrepancy in the VDOM structure, the cluster will fail to synchronize the configuration.

2° - Fortinet strictly requires that cluster members have the same hardware model and the same storage capacity/configuration (hard drives/SSDs).
